My oldest daughter is 5. This year she’s learning sight words. She showed me this when I came home today. “Look dad,” she said, showing me this awesome creation that melted my stressful day into a faded memory…”I used all sight words, so I can read the whole thing, watch!” Then she read back to me what she had written, further melting my heart of course.
I’m grateful to be a parent. I’m grateful for my wonderful children; to see them growing and learning gives me a joy the likes of which I’d not have otherwise known.
Anyway, that’s all, I just thought this was so sweet I wanted to share it here so I can keep it forever :)
