Hoy es día de Power Up en Hive, el segundo evento de este tipo en el que participo.
Ayer les recordaba a varios de los miembros de la comunidad cubana de Hive, @hivecuba, que se acercaba el #HPUD y aproveché además para comentarle a los nuevos que se han incorporado a nuestro grupo de Telegram el beneficio y la importancia de esta práctica para la blockchain y para nosotros mismos.
Les expliqué (y cito mis propias palabras) que:
"Se trata, básicamente, de hacer un Power 🆙 con más de 10 Hive, por lo cual recibirán la insignia de la abeja 🐝, que será más grande según la cantidad de Hive que pongan en stake."
"Esto demuestra la confianza de los usuarios para con Hive."
"De forma opcional (pero recomendada) se puede hacer un post anunciando ese Power Up, resumiendo cómo fue nuestro mes en la plataforma, mostrando nuestras estadísticas, motivando a otros a hacer lo mismo, etc."
Como ejemplo y para que tuvieran una referencia, les dejé el enlace al post que realizara el mes pasado a raíz del #HPUD.
En dicho post dejé muy claros los motivos por los cuales trato de hacer Power Up el día 1ro de cada mes.
Today is Power Up day at Hive, the second event of this type in which I participate.
Yesterday I reminded the members of the Cuban Hive community, @hivecuba, that the #HPUD was approaching and I also took the opportunity to tell the new ones who have joined our Telegram group about the benefit and importance of this practice for the blockchain and for ourselves.
I explained to them (and I quote my own words) that:
"It's basically about making a Power Up with more than 10 Hive, for which they will receive the 🐝 bee badge, which will be bigger according to the amount of Hive they put in stake."
"This shows the confidence of the users towards Hive."
"Optionally (but recommended) you can make a post announcing that Power Up, summarizing how was our month on the platform, showing our stats, motivating others to do the same, etc."
As an example and so they had a reference, I left they the link to the post I made last month of #HPUD.
In that post I made very clear the reasons why I try to do Power Up on the 1st of every month.
En busca de una abeja más grande
El equipo de @HiveBuzz otorga la insignia de la abeja a cada una de las cuenta que realice el PowerUp el día indicado (día 1ro de cada mes). Esta abeja será mayor según la cantidad de Hive stakeada. En mi caso, he obtenido dos veces la abeja pequeña, la primera vez gracias a una delegación de @traciyork y la segunda por mi propio PowerUp.
En esta ocasión mi PowerUp será mayor a 50 HIVE, por lo que estoy muy emocionado de recibir una abeja más musculosa 🐝💪.
In Pursuit of a bigger bee
The @HiveBuzz team awards the bee badge to each account that performs the PowerUp on the indicated day (1st of each month). This bee will be higher according to the amount of Hive staked. In my case, I have obtained the small bee twice, the first time thanks to a delegation from @traciyork and the second time thanks to my own PowerUp.This time my PowerUp will be higher than 50 HIVE, so I am very excited to receive a more muscular bee 🐝💪.
Aprovechar las oportunidades
En esta ocasión y producto de la gran caída en los mercados, vi como una buena oportunidad retirar mis HBD de ahorros y convertirlos a HIVE, con la esperanza de que su precio se eleve, una vez las condiciones mejoren. Tengo confianza en que así será.
Por tanto, cambié 28.021 HBD por 57.675 HIVE, mismos que hoy utilicé para elevar el HP de mi cuenta. ¡Qué buen negocio! 😁
Taking advantage of opportunities
On this occasion and as a result of the big crash in the markets, I saw it as a good opportunity to withdraw my savings HBDs and convert them to HIVE, in the hope that their price will rise, once conditions improve. I am very confident that this will be the case.So, I exchanged 28,021 HBD for 57,675 HIVE, the same ones I used today to raise the HP in my account. What a good deal! 😁
El crecimiento de mi cuenta continúa en ascenso a pesar de que no he estado muy activo esta últime mes. Mis estudios en la universidad están demandando más de mi últimamente.
Esta vez mi HP se elevó de 111 a 168 HP. Un crecimiento (si la matemáticas no me fallan) del 51.35%.
Las analíticas ofrecidas por el Front End de PeakD así lo muestran.
My account growth continues to climb even though I have not been very active this past month. My studies at the university are demanding more from me lately.
This time my HP jumped from 111 to 168 HP. A growth (if the math doesn't fail me) of 51.35%.
