Vivir en consciencia, creo que es un ejercicio que debemos implementar, casi cotidianamente. Ser consciente de lo finito que somos y de que, muchas veces, perdemos el tiempo en nimiedades, como enojarnos por problemas que no dependen de nosotros.

Living in consciousness, I believe, is an exercise that we should implement, almost daily. To be aware of how finite we are and that, many times, we waste our time in trifles, such as getting angry for problems that do not depend on us.

A través de un video pódcast, quiero presentarme, por primera vez, en esta comunidad, contándoles algo ocurrido en mi vida personal. Estando inmerso en mis rutinas diarias, frente a la computadora, nunca me percate de que se venía una tormenta feroz. Cuando ya lo tuve golpeando el techo de casa, fui consciente del magnífico evento. Como debe ser, agarro la cámara GoPro y salgo a capturar el momento. En el video, pareciera de que no es para tanto, pero vivirlo, fue otro cantar.
! [English]Through a video podcast, I want to introduce myself, for the first time, in this community, telling you something that happened in my personal life. Being immersed in my daily routines, in front of the computer, I never realized that a fierce storm was coming. When I had it hitting the roof of my house, I became aware of the magnificent event. As it should be, I grabbed the GoPro camera and went out to capture the moment. In the video, it looks like it's no big deal, but living it, it was a different story.
Me encontraba solo en casa. Zuni, en capital federal trabajando. Mis hijos en sus respectivos colegios y fue ahí, donde sentí una incertidumbre al pensar, de que uno nunca sabe como pueden terminar estos eventos. No estar presente con ellos, para protegerlo y abrazarlo, genera un vacío y miles de preguntas. Es por eso, que reflexiono diciendo que debemos obligarnos a disfrutar de los nuestros, cada día.

! [English]I was alone at home. Zuni, in the federal capital working. My children were in their respective schools and it was there, where I felt an uncertainty thinking that one never knows how these events can end. Not being present with them, to protect and embrace them, generates an emptiness and thousands of questions. That is why I reflect that we must force ourselves to enjoy our children every day.
