Saludos amigos de #Hive y Street Workout Community, pude realizar una rutina con mi compañero de entrenamiento @joscar-sw hicimos una rutina especifica de Efesto espero que les guste y les ayude a progresar en este truco.
Esta rutina fue centrada en los bíceps ya que se debe tener una fuerza requerida para este truco, si te gustaría poder realizar este movimiento se debe requerir a una buena base muscular en dicho musculo.

Greetings friends of #Hive and Street Workout community, I was able to perform a routine with my training partner @joscar-sw we did a specific Efesto routine I hope you like it and it helps you to progress in this trick.
This routine was focused on the biceps as you must have a required strength for this trick, if you would like to be able to perform this movement you must have a good muscular base in this muscle.
