Today I want to introduce a delicious cake made by my friend named @sitinurfauziyyah. My friend just started a business, namely opening a brownie cake business with various flavors, you can find and order her brownies from her Instagram @sitinur_fauziyyah or @biteobrownies. I'm sure you'll like it.
There are two main menus sold, namely Original Brownies and Browkies or brownies cookies, with two sizes, namely double and single, and as the name implies for the double size, the size of the brownie is twice the size of the single. Both are very attractive and look delicious, so I bought both, with a single size. I ordered it via private chat on WhatsApp and chose online delivery so that this brownies could arrive at my house.
Original Brownies
First let's discuss about the Original Brownies, from the moment I opened the box of this cake I could smell a very fragrant aroma, an aroma that made me impatient to eat the brownies right away. The texture of the brownies is very soft but a little crispy on top, and this is the texture of the brownies that I like. And for the taste of this brownie is very delicious, sweet, and very chocolatey, the taste of the chocolate is felt and this is a delicious chocolate taste.
Browkies or Brownies Cookies
Now we will discuss Browkies, or Brownies Cookies. This is my favorite, brownies that have a soft texture combined with cookies that have a crispy texture. The taste of the brownies is the same as the original brownies, but in my opinion this is the most fitting choice for those of you who don't like sweet foods, because the sweetness of the brownies mixed with the taste of cookies that are not too sweet, making the combination of these two flavors perfect and very delicious.
And to accompany me eating these two brownies I also made a glass of iced coffee milk. This drink and food are very fitting when paired, I really enjoyed my day by eating delicious brownies and refreshing iced coffee milk.
