API for Re-attempt the claim for discount

• We have developed and deployed API for re-attempting the claim for discount.
• With this in place, in case if there are failures while trying to claim, users can use this from support section.

Why?

• Sometimes, review-post published on hive-blockchain isn't available immediately on API nodes.
• Some of Hive-API nodes are not available some times.
• Sometimes, thedistriator account may not have enough balance to transfer claim-discount.
• These all reasons can result into failure of transfer of claims.
• With re-attempt API & UX in place, we'll be able to solve the issue even if we encounter it.

Updates: Video Encoder Nodes

• I'm running 12 powerful video encoder nodes for 3Speak Community Members.
• Monthly internet bandwidth usage which exceeds 15 TB, Maintenance cost, Electricity backup, Internet backup, Depreciation cost - it's all on me.
• On 2024-10-06, 3Speak published total 144 videos.
• My video encoder nodes encoded 128 videos from 144 videos published.
• It means, my encoder nodes encoded 88.89 % of total videos published on 2024-10-06
