And I am here to post to this beautiful family how I prepared my special fish 🐟 tomato 🍅 Stew. I believe that everyone will enjoy every steps I used in my cooking.
Ingredients
Pot
Gas cooker
Fresh tomatoes
Pepper 🌶️
Onions
Shombo
Ground oil
Fresh fish 🐟
Tin tomato 🍅
Ginger
Garlic
Thyme
Curry
Lasor
Stock cube ( maggi)
Salt
Green pepper 🌶️
Carrots.
Procedures
Step 1: I use my blender to blend my fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper,onions, and shombo.
Step 2: I also blender my ginger and garlic.
Step 3: I use knife to chop my onions, green pepper 🌶️, and carrots.
Step 4: I on my gas cooker and put on my pot containing the blended tomatoes.
Step 5: I steam my tomatoes to enable all the water dry up.
Step 6: I used another pot and put my fresh fish 🐟 containing onions, thyme and also enough water and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 7: In an empty pot I added my groundnut oil and allow it to get heat.
Step 8: I add onions.
Step 9: I added my blended ginger, garlic and allow it to fry for 3 minutes.
Step 10: I add tin tomatoes and fry for 15 minutes.
Step 11: I also added my steamed tomato 🍅 mix, fry for 10 minutes more.
Step 12: I added thyme and fry for 3 minutes.
Step 13: I also added my boiled fish 🐟 and its water.
Step 14: I add curry seasoning.
Step 15: I added lasor.
Step 16: I also added stock cube ( maggi).
Step 17: I added salt.

Step 18: I added my green pepper 🌶️
Step 19 : I also added my carrots, cover and cook for 5 minutes and bring the pot down.
Step 20: My delicious special fish 🐟 tomato stew is ready come and eat.
