Domingo listo para otro bonito Shaniflix en este quiero continuar el último que hice que se los dejo por aquí, las buenas adaptaciones de algún videojuego al cine, es decir, a una película o serie, pero en esta oportunidad quiero mostrarles la otra cara de la moneda, las malas adaptaciones, donde de verdad siento que conociendo los juegos y la historia que traen con ellos, lo hicieron muy mal.

Borderlands
Esta saga de juegos de verdad que le tengo un pequeño cariño, porque lo admito, solo he probado el primero y no lo jugué completo, de verdad emocionó mucho como hace casi, 4 años creo, nos mostraban que estaban trabajando en una idea de película, donde este universo como Mad Max, muy loco y lleno de mucha sangre y colores lo llevarían a la pantalla grande. También algo que admito que me hizo tener buenas expectativas de esta película, fue el hecho de que mencionaron que Edgar Ramírez participaría en ella y la verdad.
This saga of games I really have a little affection for, because I admit, I've only tried the first one and I didn't play it completely, it was really exciting how almost 4 years ago, I think, they showed us that they were working on a movie idea, where this universe like Mad Max, very crazy and full of lots of blood and colors would be taken to the big screen. Also something that I admit that made me have good expectations for this movie, was the fact that they mentioned that Edgar Ramirez would participate in it and the truth is that I was very excited about it.
Como buena venezolana que soy que ama a Edgar y para completar siempre se emociona con cada película fuera del ambiente o empresa venezolana que haga, pues de verdad me decidí emocionarme más al respecto, pero las expectativas la verdad no se llenaron en ningún sentido, si siento que el electo elegido o los actores llamados para los personajes fueron bueno o interesantes pero el guion no era para nada bueno, simplemente era una sátira a lo que conocemos y no de la buena manera. Ha sido nombrada la peor película salida en el año.
As a good Venezuelan that I am, who loves Edgar and to complete always gets excited with every movie out of the Venezuelan environment or company that he makes, well I really decided to get more excited about it, but the expectations were not really fulfilled in any way, I feel that the chosen cast or the actors called for the characters were good or interesting but the script was not good at all, it was simply a satire of what we know and not in a good way. It has been named the worst movie released this year.
CupHead
Tenía miedo con la realización de esta serie pues de verdad desde el primer día que CupHead fue lanzado todos nos dio una nostalgia al recordar esas series de antaño con esa animación, entonces había demasiados “porque” para que todo saliera mal, y aun así muchos le dimos la oportunidad a la serie. La verdad simplemente siento que no fue una serie que le dio lo merecido a lo grande del juego, pero respetaron muchas cosas.
I was afraid with the realization of this series because really from the first day that CupHead was released we all got nostalgic remembering those series of yesteryear with that animation, then there were too many "why" for everything to go wrong, and yet many of us gave the series a chance. The truth is I just feel that it wasn't a series that gave the greatness of the game its due, but they respected a lot of things.
Desde la animación hasta un poco la historia de todo lo que llegamos a jugar, pero el desarrollo de la misma era muy desigual que me terminaba aburriendo, es decir no se enfocaban al 100% si la serie era para público infantil o no, sino que iban tanteando a ver como reaccionaban a cada capítulo y la verdad eso hizo a mi que me aburriera y no quisiera seguirle el hilo. Tal vez otro punto también que no me terminó de atrapar, y que también le diera una mala reseña de manera global a la serie, fue la falta de la música, pues el juego nos llenó de un soundtrack magnífico que en la serie no estuvo.
From the animation to the story of everything we got to play, but the development of it was very uneven that ended up boring me, that is not focused 100% if the series was for children or not, but they were testing to see how they reacted to each chapter and the truth is that made me bored and did not want to follow the thread. Perhaps another point that didn't really grab me, and that also gave the series a bad overall review, was the lack of music, because the game filled us with a magnificent soundtrack that was not in the series.
The Witcher
Cómo me emocioné al saber que iban a sacar esta serie por dos motivos: The Witcher me parecía un juego increíble que por ser de mundo abierto pues de verdad podían jugar mucho con toda la historia, y porque el protagonista iba a ser Henry Calvin; sé que eso suena como absurdo, pero es que Henry Calvin, aparte de parecerme guapo, me parece un actor muy bueno para personajes así. Lastimosamente la serie no me atrapó para nada, aunque yo al principio pensaba que era únicamente porque a no me agradó, pero luego empecé a preguntar y leer críticas y me llamo la atención algo.
I was so excited to know that they were going to release this series for two reasons: The Witcher seemed to me an incredible game that, being open world, they could really play a lot with the whole story, and because the main character was going to be Henry Calvin; I know that sounds absurd, but Henry Calvin, apart from being handsome, seems to me a very good actor for characters like that. Unfortunately the series didn't catch me at all, although at first I thought it was only because I didn't like it, but then I started asking around and reading reviews and something caught my attention.
A mí personalmente que hayan divido la serie en 3 historias no me desagrado por completo, pero sentía que no le daban armonía a la hora de mostrármelos, me enredé demasiado y hasta un momento donde dos de los 3 personajes que me estaban mostrando sus historias por separados se encuentran y aun así me cantaban pasado y presente de los mismos. Quedé de verdad muy confundida y sin ganas de entender que estaba pasando, la crítica destruyó esta serie y más aún cuando Henry Calvin renunció al proyecto.
Personally, I didn't dislike the fact that they divided the series into 3 stories, but I felt that they didn't give harmony when it came to showing them to me, I got too entangled and there was a moment where two of the 3 characters that were showing me their stories separately met and even so they were singing past and present of the same ones. I was really confused and did not want to understand what was going on, the critics destroyed this series and even more when Henry Calvin resigned from the project.

Five Nights at Freddy's
Miren quería agregar esta película a este post en Bonus de ambos post que hice, tanto las buenas como malas, porque para mí particularmente esta película no entra. No la conté en ninguno de los dos casos porque, esta película es buena por sí sola, contada sin saber que es basada en un videojuego, pero no es una increíble adaptación a su juego, pues no tanto porque FNAF tiene un lore gigante y demasiado interesante, porque esta empresa intentará hacer varias películas para mostrárnoslo.
Look I wanted to add this movie to this post in Bonus of both posts I made, both the good and bad ones, because for me particularly this movie doesn't fit. I didn't count it in any of the two cases because, this movie is good by itself, told without knowing that it is based on a videogame, but it is not an amazing adaptation to its game, well not so much because FNAF has a giant lore and too interesting, because this company will try to make several movies to show it to us.
Sino que había muchos elementos que no le daban ese toque de terror que el juego nos dio, había mucho suspenso y momentos tensos, pero de verdad el juego a mi varias veces me ha costado jugarlo, pero está película la vi sin ningún miedo alguno. No me parece mala, pues de verdad me entretuvo y me encantaron los personajes, pero no me parece muy buena, pues de verdad se trata de un lore lleno de temas muy interesante que cada vez desarrollan más en cada juego.
But there were many elements that did not give that touch of terror that the game gave us, there was a lot of suspense and tense moments, but really the game has cost me several times to play it, but this movie I saw it without any fear whatsoever. I don't think it's bad, because it really entertained me and I loved the characters, but I don't think it's very good, because it's really a lore full of very interesting themes that are developed more and more in each game.
Pues ¿Qué les pareció? De verdad me gustó mucho hacer esta serie de post y quisiera saber que opinan sobre todo lo que les mostré pues, para mi este post es mucho más debatible que el anterior ya que ya hablamos de cosas que aparte de que los números y la crítica no les fue bien, a mí tampoco me gustaron para nada.
