In Spain, a particular controversy has been generated towards people who are dedicated to online jobs, especially youtubers.

For some time now, the Spanish digital freelancer sector has begun to migrate to Andorra, due to its fiscal attractiveness. This dynamic is being seen by the State as a threat to their coffers and instead of creating attractive conditions in Spain so that they think twice before emigrating to a different country; they do the opposite; criminalize citizens seeking to save more.

This has been going on for some time now, but recently the controversy was sparked by what for them is the straw that broke the camel's back. It was when the Spanish youtuber with more than 39 million subscribers,
elrubiusOMG said in a live broadcast that he would go to live in another country.

His followers understood that he was referring to Andorra even though he did not mention it. It is already common to see Spanish youtubers emigrate to this neighboring country because of its low taxes compared to Spain.

In the case of famous youtubers who earn more than 300 thousand euros a year; the Spanish state takes 47% in taxes from them. Almost half of their income. That contrasts sharply with the 10% they take away in Andorra.

Desde hace algún tiempo, el sector de los freelancer digitales españoles, ha comenzado a emigrar a Andorra, debido a su atractivo fiscal. Esta dinámica está siendo vista por el Estado como una amenaza a sus arcas y en vez de crear condiciones atractivas en España para que se lo piensen dos veces antes de emigrar a un país distinto; hacen todo lo contrario; criminalizar a los ciudadanos que buscan ahorrar más.

Esto viene sucediendo hace ya algún tiempo, pero recientemente se desató la polémica por lo que para ellos es la gota que derrama el vaso. Fue cuando el youtuber español con más de 39 millones de suscriptores,
elrubiusOMG dijo en un directo que se iría a vivir a otro país.

Sus seguidores entendieron que se refería a Andorra aunque no la mencionara. Ya es común ver a youtubers españoles emigrar a ese país vecino por sus bajos impuestos en comparación con España.

En el caso de youtubers famosos que ganan más de 300 mil euros al año; el Estado español les quita el 47% en impuestos. Casi la mitad de sus ingresos. Eso contrasta muchísimo con el 10% que quitan en Andorra.

Es por eso que todas los españoles que trabajan en el entorno digital deciden emigrar, siempre que tengan ingresos superiores a 100K que es donde se nota más el gran ahorro que se produce y cuando al colocar en la balanza, entre pagar tanto de impuestos para mantenerse cerca de los amigos, siempre se inclina al ahorro en otro país.

Second because politicians will look for and create formulas to keep on chasing that money. It is likely that they will create a tax on Youtube and other platforms like Twich or some penalization to make it harder for youtubers.

En el canal de TV más visto en España, llegaron a atacarlo por esta decisión, incluso llamándolo ladrón, cuando claramente y por ley, uno declara en el país donde recide. Sin embargo para los grandes medios que están manipulados desde la política del Estado, atacan estas decisiones como si fueran delito.

Muchos concluyen que el ataque de las televisoras a los youtubers, se debe a que ellos les quitan audiencia. La población joven se está habituando a ver más Youtube que la TV. Es por esto que el principal enemigo de las televisoras son los youtubers.

También está el hecho que durante la cuarentena, el sector que más ha recibido ayudas y subsidios del Estado, son los medios de comunicación tradicionales, principalmente las televisoras, muy contrario a las PYMES que no reciben nada y que son las más afectadas por las medidas de confinamiento.

Este odio y ataque hacia los youtubers puede traer algunas consecuencias dramáticas. Primero porque influye en algunos fanáticos de ideologías políticas que pudieran realizar agresiones contra ellos. Segundo porque los políticos buscarán y crearán fórmulas para seguir percibiendo ese dinero. Es probable que creen un impuesto a Youtube y otras plataformas como Twich o alguna penalización para que a los youtubers se les haga más difícil.

Something that makes me very curious is the reaction of the people regarding this issue. Tax evasion is a crime, of course put by the state as such. However, for the same citizens to criminalize tax evasion and even worse to look for countries with lower taxes, is to me something very crazy.

I know there are many people who love the State because they believe it gives them "free stuff". These are people who have little entrepreneurial spirit and who prefer that others give them what they are too lazy to get or achieve. However, there are also many entrepreneurs, businessmen, etc. who can accuse you of being a thief (at best) for paying less taxes.

The truth is that the only theft is committed by the State, when under duress, forces us to pay the salaries of politicians. It is a whole system created from violence, where you have no choice and you simply have to take the money you have earned thanks to your effort and creativity, providing value to the market.

I have seen an impressive amount of people, full of hate, point out to anyone who evades any tax or even pays less legally, that he is a criminal because he steals from them. On the contrary, they are the ones seeking to defend their property from violent theft.

There is really too much education needed in this regard. The brainwashing begins in school, where you will never see any criticism of the system; no objection to the state. From a young age we are taught that paying taxes is for the good of all and not that we can think selfishly. There is nothing more selfish than politicians forcibly dispossessing people of their property.

We have to be clear that we pay taxes because we are forced to, never voluntarily. Nobody is happier when taxes are raised, only some are happy when taxes are raised on others, or furious when they pay less. The idea is that no one should be taxed, not some more and some less, some more and some less. That is selfishness.

I am glad when an entrepreneur understands and looks for ways to pay less taxes. I will never accuse him, because I understand that he is only saving himself a little from the robbery.

Algo que me da mucha curiosidad es la reacción de las personas con respecto a este tema. La evación fiscal es un delito, por supuesto puesto por el Estado como tal. Sin embargo que los mismos ciudadanos criminalicen la evación fiscaly peor aún el buscar países con menos impuestos, es para mí algo muy loco.

Sé que hay muchas personas que aman el Estado porque creen que les da "cosas gratis". Son personas que tienen poco espíritu emprendedor y que prefieren que otros les den lo que a ellos les da pereza conseguir o lograr. Sin embargo también hay muchísimos emprendedores, empresarios, etc que te pueden acusar de ladrón (en el mejor de los casos) por pagar menos impuestos.

La verdad es que el único robo lo comete el Estado, cuando bajo coacción, nos obliga a pagar los sueldos de los políticos. Es todo un sistema creado desde la violencia, donde no tienes ninguna elección y simplemente te toca despojarte del dinero ganado gracias a tu esfuerzo y creatividad, aportando valor al mercado.

He visto una cantidad impresionante de personas, llenas de odio, señalar a cualquiera que evada algún impuesto o que incluso pague menos de forma legal, que es un criminal porque los roba. Al contrario, son ellos los que buscan defender su propiedad del robo violento.

Realmente hace falta demasiada educación al respecto. EL lavado de cerebro comienza en la escuela, donde jamás verás una crítica al sistema; ninguna objeción al Estado. Desde pequeños se nos enseña que pagar impuestos es por el bien de todos y no que podemos pensar de forma egoísta. No hay algo más egoista que políticos despojando de los bienes a la fuerza.

Tenemos que tener claro que pagamos impuestos porque nos obligan, jamás de forma voluntaria. Nadie está más feliz cuando le suben los impuestos, solo algunos son felices cuando se los suben al otro, o furiosos cuando ese paga menos. La idea es que nadie tenga impuestos, no unos sí y otros no; unos más y otros menos. Eso si es egoísmo.

Yo me alegro cuando un emprendedor entiende y busca las formas de pagar menos impuestos. Nunca lo acusaré, porque entiendo que solo se está salvando un poco del robo.
