365 Day Savings Challenge - Month Four

So, I have made it to four months (as of yesterday, I'm late posting again, ha ha). Which is 1/3 of the way done, and pretty darn close to my keyboard goal as the simple one I have on my wishlist is like ~$225 and I have 176.560 HBD in my savings account! But instead of feeling excited, I'm feeling rather bummed, because it looks like I may need to pull it this week to buy cat food and use the rest for rent for January. I am leaving the opportunity open for something unexpected to happen so that I don't have to do that, because it's happened before, but right now I'm kinda bummed that it looks like I may need to use the money after having come so far. I mean, that was also part of the point - emergency funds - but I really wanted to make it the whole year and buy my keyboard in addition to having emergency funds. I should focus on the fact that I made it this far, as when I started I honestly wasn't sure I would be able to without needing it for said emergency, but once I got on a roll I really wanted to finish. So we'll see how it goes.

Anyway, here are the charts as of yesterday:

I had some good payouts on posts recently and was able to check off a lot of the high amounts (see that green streak of x's along the bottom). That was really motivating! Ahhhh, I hope I find some other way to buy the kitties' noms and pay rent and keep going with this. But at least I have it instead of being in the lurch with NO savings, so I am grateful. Trying to focus on that and not the sad that I may be pulling it early.

How are you all doing with your savings? Thanks for your support on this project! :)
