Dodge Challenger // always a favourite

The Dodge Challenger is a name used for three different generations of automobiles produced by Dodge. The first generation, produced from 1970 to 1974, was a pony car built on the Chrysler E platform to compete in the pony car market segment against cars like the Ford Mustang and Pontiac Firebird. The second generation, from 1978 to 1983, was a rebadged Mitsubishi Galant Lambda coupe. The third and most recent generation started production in 2008 as a full-size muscle car, featuring modern styling with retro-inspired design cues and a range of powerful engine options. However, production of the third generation ended in December 2023 as Dodge shifts its focus to electric vehicles.
