Winnie-the-Pooh is well-known philosophy and reading in many countries. The reading number is a recruit reading for children, and it started in 1926, and it is written by the English author A.A. Milne.
The actions are going on in the forest. The children and the readers can identify themselves both with the mysterious, childish and optimistic Winnie-the-Pooh and the monitoring and security-creating Christopher Robin. The animals being out in the forest can be divided in child roles as Piglet, Tigger, Roo and in some adult roles as Rabbit, Owl, Eeyore and Kanga.
There are many funny stories in Winnie-the-Pooh. Let me mention some of them. For instance the statements: All the cakes are broken! Maybe there will be a guy who likes such cakes! It is not impossible! And another story is this: Once, I fell into the river and then I swam! Can tiger boys and graduate economists swim? Tiger boys and graduate economists know everything! And a third story is: Rabbit is a clever guy! Yes, he is so, and he has a good sense! So, it was quiet for a while. This is maybe the thing why he never understand anything! All things are strange, when trying to find the meaning and the philosophy behind objects, subjects and on what is going on!
Winnie-the-Pooh likes honey, and he has it in a honey pot. Sometimes, he is very hungry, and he is eating the honey pot to the bottom, and he licks himself around the mouth afterwards. So, we are learning from Winnie-the-Pooh that one should sppreciate life! And that the tiger boys are the crocodiles of capital that roam the business world. You cannot do anything in life without getting traces around it, and we are the world, and we are the children!
Winnie-the-Pooh is something for you if you like to be encouraging and play with your mind and your pride. All people are humans, and that is also the situations in the organizations. And you should not be arrogant and know everything yourself, but youu should make cooperation with people and the persons that are involved in decisions. All you want people to do to you, such you should do against them, for such is the law and the prophets. All human minds and tragedies are helpless against the almighty God. So, we can believe in what we want in the societies, and the competence and what you mean should you defend in every school at every level.
Winne-the-Pooh and his friende live in the Hundred-Acre Wood. And we are strongest when being together with our friends and experiencing and enjoying life just as it is, and just like it comes. So, what can be learned from Winnie-the-Pooh? That we all are different humans in many ways, and that our personalities are similar or different in relation to other people. We find something in ourselves by reading and reflecting around the roles in Winnie-the-Pooh! And in the middle of it all we find a naive bear called for Winnie-the-Pooh, and he is good, friendly, caring and sweet. Think that you and I could make a career anywhere by just being such as Winnie-the-Pooh! The reality is different. Sometimes people are kind, and at other times they are stupid and malicious. And all must confess their sins if they have crossed the line. The business life is filled with brains and manners, and we need competence and reflected opinions to take care of what is going on. We cannot just give a message, we should have education and research background in addition in our minds.
The reality is a playground, where we operate and work. We should be friendly creatures of the world, and we should do things in accordance with the reasons for it. The most important thing to learn from Winne-the-Pooh is that life is funny and serious in a combination. And all humans are born to the earth, and they are leaving the earth.. And we are coming in human nature in nature.
