I'm so happy to participate again in this fun collage challenge that @shaka brings us every week. Some time ago I was actively participating but I quit, however, I'm back with a vengeance! And today I'm sharing my collage with you. This is the image from which we had to work:

Estoy muy feliz de participar nuevamente en este reto divertido de collages que nos trae @shaka cada semana. Hace tiempo estuve participando activamente pero lo abandoné, sin embargo, ¡he vuelto con fuerzas! y el día de hoy les comparto mi collage. Esta es la imagen a partir de la cual debíamos trabajar:

I am currently using the Paint Tool SAI application for everything, it is comfortable and easy to use, so the first thing I did was to place in a layer the image I would use as a base. Then I changed the colors, modifying the hues and saturations.

Actualmente estoy utilizando la aplicación Paint Tool SAI para todo, se me hace cómoda y fácil de utilizar, así que lo primero que hice fue colocar en una capa la imagen que usaría de base. Luego le cambié los colores, modificando los matices y las saturaciones.

Then I went to Pixabay to look for an image of a mermaid and found the next one:

I used only the mermaid and the rocks, changed the color and very carefully erased the excess and added some shadows to the rocks in the front and a little light behind the mermaid.

Utilicé solamente a la sirena y las rocas, le cambié el color y con mucho cuidado fui borrando el excedente y agregué unas sombras a las rocas en la parte de adelante y un poquito de luz detrás de la sirena.

Then I changed the mermaid's face and used a photo of me from the #MakeupChallenge, modified the colors and transformed myself into a beautiful mermaid.

Después le cambié el rostro a la sirena y para ello utilicé una foto mía del #MakeupChallenge, le modifiqué los colores y me transformé en una bella sirena.

Then I looked in Pixabay for some rays that I could place behind my mermaid and I chose the following image, to which I eliminated the gray lines and clarified it a little with the help of the eraser:

Después busqué en Pixabay unos rayos que pudiera colocar detrás de mi sirena y escogí la siguiente imagen, a la cual le eliminé las líneas grises y la aclaré un poco con la ayuda del borrador:

Finally I cut out the image a bit and applied some details with the brush in the sky and in the sea.

Por último recorté un poco la imagen y apliqué algunos detalles con la brocha en el cielo y en el mar.
