Let's Make a Collage 175: The awakening of the earth turtles

El collage de esta semana me remonto al primer collage que realice para esta comunidad el cual titule la migración de las tortugas, esta vez quise hacer mucho más que flores y pequeñas plantas sobre el caparazón de las tortugas, estas a diferencia de sus predecesoras tienen unas temporadas de hibernación que podrían durar cientos de años, el tiempo y la vida en ese tiempo sigue su curso y se crean ciudades enteras y ecosistemas completos sobre su caparazón, esta vez han decidido darle fin a su letargo y comenzar de nuevo su vuelo a nuevas tierras.

This week's collage takes me back to the first collage I made for this community which I titled the migration of turtles, this time I wanted to do much more than flowers and small plants on the turtles' shells, these unlike their predecessors have hibernation seasons that could last hundreds of years, time and life in that time continues its course and whole cities and entire ecosystems are created on their shells, this time they have decided to end their lethargy and start their flight to new lands again.

El primer paso para llevar a cabo este collage ha sido conseguir las tortuga ideal, la cual conseguí en la #LIL esta primera tortuga la coloque surcando los cielos y re dibuje sus patas para que parecieran aletas, a continuación comencé a construir sobre ellas unas edificación, la cual fue igualmente una imagen de la galería de LMAC.

The first step to carry out this collage has been to get the ideal turtle, which I got in the #LIL this first turtle I placed it furrowing the skies and redrew its legs to look like flippers, then I started to build on them some buildings, which was also an image of the LMAC gallery.

Seguidamente adorne con flores y enredaderas toda la base de la casa y el borde del caparazón y dibuje algunos helechos colgando de ella, fue muy emocionante recrear esta escena pero aun faltaban algunas mas, así que en un primer plano he colocado una nueva tortuga, esta con una gran meseta sobre su lomo con una gran cascada que ahora corre por su caparazón.

Then I decorated with flowers and vines the whole base of the house and the edge of the shell and drew some ferns hanging from it, it was very exciting to recreate this scene but there were still some more, so in the foreground I have placed a new turtle, this one with a large plateau on its back with a large waterfall that now runs down its shell.

A lo lejos he dibujado difusamente un par mas y una de ellas lleva en su lomo parte de una gran ciudad con altísimos y brillantes rascacielos, y bajo el mar una ultima la cual no fue descubierta al estas acostada bajo el lecho marino, todas emprenden así su camino hacia nuevas y ricas tierras donde encontrarse con sus pares.

In the distance I have drawn a couple more and one of them carries on its back part of a great city with tall and shiny skyscrapers, and under the sea a last one which was not discovered as it is lying under the seabed, all of them are on their way to new and rich lands where they will meet their peers.

Me encanta mucho este concepto, he visto tortugas reales marinas o terrestres a las cuales les crece vegetación sobre su caparazón y lucen muy bellas aunque no se que tan saludable sea para ellas; a diferencia de estas las que he creado son mágicas y ademas de nadar y caminar también volar y no tienen ningún problema con cargar grandes pesos sobre si.

I love this concept, I have seen real sea turtles or land turtles with vegetation growing on their shells and they look very beautiful although I don't know how healthy it is for them; unlike these the ones I have created are magical and besides swimming and walking they can also fly and have no problem with carrying heavy weights on them.
