Тhis "green" piece of art is my participation in the "CCC's Street Art Contest", round #108 hosted by @digi-me.
"Forest graffiti" is a project based on the idea of creating art with a social cause - namely to make people pay attention to the problems related to environmental pollution.
The project covers 5 Bulgarian cities, one of which is Burgas - the exact location is Mineralni Bani Park in the Vetren district (about 13 km from the city). For each of the cities, the artists have chosen individual graffiti works.
The initiative is supported by the Municipality of Burgas and Na Tamno stores - my workplace 🙂 Personally, my colleagues and I organized the delivery of sprays with which Tim Topalov - the graffiti artist - could paint the great "forest" piece.
Let me also say something about Tim. His name is actually Evtim Topalov and he is from Bulgaria. He discovered his love for street art at the age of 12, he studied and worked in the USA for a long time, but his dream is to continue his creative path in Bulgaria. This makes me very happy, because here we have great masters of this art, but it is very difficult for the municipalities to finance their ideas.
