Hello friends of Street Art!
Today I want to share with you three graffiti that I found in different areas of Havana, all made by the artist Fichu, recognized for "The one who paints the mulattas". I really liked these graffiti, as they represent the mulatas, mestizo women, very common in our country and that call the attention for their exuberant figures, although there is something enigmatic in his paintings because he always leaves the eyes blank.
Fichu always chooses wide walls for his works, as most of them are of large size, which highlights even more the beauty of the Cuban mulattoes and undoubtedly captures the attention of all viewers.
The first of them I found on Bernaza Street, between Obispo and Obrapia. It is a dazzling painting of a mulatto woman in golden tones that makes the graffiti very striking.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes tres graffitis que encontré en diferentes zonas de La Habana, todos realizados por el artista Fichu, reconocido por "El que pinta las Mulatas". Me gustaron mucho estos graffitis, ya que representan a las mulatas, mujeres mestizas, muy comunes en nuestro país y que llaman la atención por sus exuberantes figuras, aunque hay algo enigmático en sus pinturas porque siempre deja los ojos en blanco.
Fichu siempre elige paredes anchas para sus obras, ya que la mayoría son de gran tamaño, lo que resalta aún más la belleza de las mulatas cubanas y sin duda capta la atención de todos los espectadores.
La primera de ellas la encontré en la calle Bernaza, entre Obispo y Obrapía. Es una deslumbrante pintura de una mulata en tonos dorados que hace muy llamativo el graffiti.
A few days later, passing by the corner of Zanja and Oquendo, I came across another graffiti that I immediately recognized by the characteristic features of the artist Fichu. This one looks older and the mulatto woman she depicts seems a bit upset or disappointed, but you can still appreciate her art.
Unos días más tarde, pasando por la esquina de Zanja y Oquendo, me encontré con otro graffiti que reconocí inmediatamente por los rasgos característicos del artista Fichu. Esta parece mas antigua y la mulata que representa parece un poco molesta o decepcionada, pero aún así se puede apreciar su arte.
The third is on a large wall at the back of the Terminal de Ferrocarriles de La Habana Vieja. There was a lot of graffiti there, but the one I share with you today is of this other mulata.

El tercero está en un gran muro en la parte trasera de la Terminal de Ferrocarriles de La Habana Vieja. Había muchos grafitis allí, pero el que comparto hoy con ustedes es este otra mulata.
