Today I want to share with you some cupcakes I made for dinner since we are always looking for something quick and not too laborious to prepare when I got home from work my mother-in-law already had the dough for the cupcakes so it was up to me to roll out the dough and assemble them one by one. They were cupcakes filled with potato and cheese so I assembled them and fried them over medium heat once they were golden brown I put them on a plate with a napkin so they could absorb the oil they had so it was until I finished frying them.
Hoy les quiero compartir unos pastelitos que realice para la cena en vista que siempre buscamos hacer algo rápido y que no represente muy trabajoso al preparar cuando llegue del trabajo ya mi suegra tenía la masa de los pastelitos hecha por lo que a mí me correspondió estirar la masa e irlos armando uno a uno eran unos pastelitos rellenos con papa y queso así que los arme y los fui friendo a fuego medio una vez dorados los puses en un plato con servilleta para que fuesen absorbiendo el aceite que llevaban así fue hasta que los termine de freír.

I then moved them to another plate and sat down to taste them with my husband who was fascinated with how the cakes turned out, golden and crunchy as he likes them, and I accompanied them with a delicious guasacaca.
