De tal modo, cuando todo usuario firma el contrato de términos y condiciones de cualquier plataforma, está adquiriendo un compromiso y lo contrae libremente; es decir, nadie le obliga a firmar ese contrato. Por ende se atiene a las obligaciones y consecuencias que de ese acto derivan.

La congruencia.
