BRO Highlights | (3rd) Weekly Edition

In this post, we will be giving you some posts curated by @brofi that caught our attention. We are not quantity but quality based humour, weird knowledge, diversity, and we don't mind lengthy posts at all, however, we are looking for more than just words.

You earn the BRO curation by holding bro, the more you have, the more you get. Still, we look out for quality and not shit posts. Holding Bro doesn't guarantee you votes if you do not give quality material. Without further delay, in no particular order, here are some posts that caught our eye over the past week:

Closing out an untraditional week by @bozz

It's been a very weird week for me. Besides the fact that I have been sick with Covid, I'm just not used to taking this much time off from work. It actually has me a bit agitated and edgy. Which is sad, because I should really be resting and trying to get better. Today is my fourth day off from work and while I finally feeling much better, I also have to admit that I have been replying to emails and talking to vendors all through the week.

Dead-End Road by @hetty-rowan

I've written about the lack of inspiration and the feeling of being stuck more often this week. I also wrote yesterday that I have a few ways to break through the blockade. And that one of those ways is to accept that you get stuck at times. That's exactly what happened yesterday during my walk with Skipper. We got stuck on a dead end.

My New Stick - Cali Twin by @scooter77

Every year or so I buy myself a new board..... Its my way of upgrading my ride and trying new things out.
However, this new board is a little more special as I haven't purchased a new one for nearly 5 years.

Nineties Friday Band Spotlight- Social Distortion Nineties Picks 🎸 Five Tune Friday! Picks & Vlog 🎙️ by @geneeverett

This #NinetiesFriday it’s also #FiveTuneFriday So I’m picking five tunes from the three albums released in the nineties (1990,1992,1996) by the Band Social Distortion. It’s a shame they didn’t have a fourth album out around 1999, with the scene taking off I’d bet they’d of got some big mainstream play. I pick five tunes off there three nineties records but also some pick two bonus picks that did those same albums that are both cover tunes. One being Johnny Cash cover & the other a Rolling Stones cover. Both are pretty kick ass! 🎸

Elias Max Pruitt | Another Op Badass Combo Summoner | Something Interesting Coming by @valchiz

Finally I get to try out this latest op summoner which was just released through the conflict section to those that take part with their wagons, one thing about this thing is that the cards released through that section aren't just ordinary cards they are badass which almost everyone wish to have in their collections especially those summoners that came with different dual classic abilities and to top it all, they are dual based which give it more sense and also interesting to use since you can use it anytime either of the element show up.

A Mobile Phone Enthusiast By Choice by @merit.ahama

I remember my first time using a computer at a training centre, the purpose of learning it then was to have an easy experience writing my first computer based exam but I got to learn a few things about computer which piqued my interest to learn more into it. After many years, I finally got my personal PC sometime in last year but it just happened that it's been quite a while before I did.

Steampunk Girl #29 by @darth-cryptic

Like many people, I have been playing around with AI generated art (text to image). In my case, I have been using Stable Diffusion UI. This is an easy to install version of Stable Diffusion that also includes a graphical user interface. I was able to get it running on both Windows and Linux without too much difficulty. While the included GUI is convenient, the easy install was what appealed to me the most. Some versions can be a pain to install and setup whereas this one is pretty straightforward.

Shop Smarter with CDcare: Buy Now, Pay Later in Nigeria by @starstrings01

What if there is a way you can make a part purchase of these goods, or even have a way to hold the price till when you are ready to pay in full? That would be lifesaving, right? This is why I have come to introduce you to an application that is here to save the day. With this application you can make a part payment for goods and do not have to worry about the price increasing the next day, so far you have paid your initial installment on the product.
