The day was very eventful and long. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Movement without a counter?
I went to a community online training session first thing in the morning just to get to know each other, followed by another familiar group exchange. Both was perhaps a bit much. In the second one, I actually just wanted to say hello. But it was longer. I then had a short trip to do, and I should have taken a bit more time for that. Because the time pressure led to a minor accident. Fortunately, nothing and nobody was injured.
I had my routine and nutritional supplements in full, including the second magnesium, which I so often remembered too late in the evening. This time I took it again straight away with dinner.

Viele Erlebnisse
Der Tag war sehr aufregend und lang. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Bewegung ohne Zähler?
Ich bin gleich morgends zum Kennenlernen in einem Community-Online-Training gewesen, und im Anschluss in einem gewohnten Gruppen-Austausch. Das war vielleicht etwas viel. Im zweiten wollte ich eigentlich nur Hallo sagen. Doch es wurde länger. Anschließend stand eine kurze Reise an, und dazu hätte ich mir doch etwas mehr Zeit nehmen sollen. Denn der Zeitdruck führte zu einem kleinen Unfall. Glücklicherweise kam nichts und niemand zu schaden.
Meine Routine und NEMs hatte ich vollständig untergebracht, einschließlich dem abendlich so oft zu spät erinnerten, zweiten Magnesium. Diesmal hatte ich das gleich zum Abendessen wieder genommen.
