Looking at the trees through my kitchen window, I noticed how the reflection of my dining room light looked like a floating orb among the trees.
This is a reflection of the trees that I spotted on my counter top after cleaning it. You can make out some of the stone grain subdued within the image. The upside down bamboo in the top left corner is the bamboo growing in a bottle, whose roots you saw in Glasses and Jars, 29 January 2022.
This is a garden light my mom gave me. It’s solar powered and changes colors every 6 seconds or so. I captured this image while it was glowing green, so no hue effects were used to create this composition. Notice how the secondary lens picked up an auxiliary reflection of the LEDs, towards the bottom.
