I think not making an introductory post when I joined Hive kinda messed things up for me but I’m glad that @jayna came to tell me about its importance.
Who am I?
My name is Ajewemimo and I hail from Lagos, Nigeria. I’m a young girl of eighteen years old and I’m done with my high school hoping to move forward to my university education.
I love to dance and write but I find writing more convenient and easier than every other thing. That’s why I can write here everyday of my life but guess what? I’m a freelancer and I have an account with Upwork and Fiverr.
I’ve gotten some great gigs and little ones I started with and my writing career has been going very well for me.
How did I join Hive?
I found out about Hive from my friend @bisolamih. I was sitting beside her on that day and I saw her liking some posts. I though that was another version of Instagram but I was wrong.
She told me that this is Hive and there are so many benefits I can get on here.
I’m a money woman and I love to earn benefits a lot. I joined Hive right away and made my first post after she introduced to me the communities I will be writing on.
Sadly, I can’t make posts everyday because of a resource credit reason that my friend explained to me but I still don’t understand fully.
Why am I here?
What drives people to work? Money of course but I love the fact that I can earn some Hive and build generational wealth here. That’s something interesting to know.
I’m also here to meet different people. It feels good to learn how people behave and how they do their things and we can maybe learn from them. It’s not just about learning from them but about knowing what and how life is in other places.
My dream has always been to travel outisde Nigeria but how are things done outside Nigeria? I don’t know so it will be a privilege to learn that on here.
Am I enjoying my stay here
I don’t visit the platform everyday maybe because I haven’t really gotten used to it but trust me, the little time I spend on this platform is enjoyable. I’m enjoying my stay most especially because of the communities that I write on like The Ink Well, Q Inspired by music, Ladies of Hive and so much more.
I know a few things about the platform and I will surely tell my two friends to join me on this platform so we can write and enjoy life on here, together.
Lastly, I want to give thanks to the person who brought about the idea of the platform that can help us say goodbye to poverty.
Thanks to Hive and the organizers and if there is anything you feel I need to know, you can give me a hint about it and I’m surely going to heed to your advices.
