Enough is a 2002 thriller film directed by Michael Apted and starring Jennifer Lopez in the lead role. The movie tells the story of a woman who escapes an abusive marriage and takes matters into her own hands to protect herself and her daughter.

Plot:

Jennifer Lopez plays the role of Slim Hiller, a waitress who falls in love with and marries a charming and wealthy contractor named Mitch Hiller (played by Billy Campbell). Initially, their marriage appears to be perfect, and they have a daughter together. However, as time passes, Mitch's true, violent, and controlling nature emerges, and he becomes physically and emotionally abusive toward Slim.

Fearing for her life and the safety of her daughter, Slim decides to leave her husband. She goes into hiding and starts a new life in a different city under a new identity. Slim takes self-defense classes and begins to empower herself, mentally and physically, while trying to stay one step ahead of Mitch, who is determined to track her down and regain control.

As Slim fights back against her abusive husband, she ultimately confronts him and must defend herself and her daughter from his threats and violent actions. The film is a suspenseful and empowering story of one woman's journey to break free from an abusive relationship, protect herself and her child, and take control of her life.

Enough addresses the serious issue of domestic violence and the challenges that victims face when trying to escape an abusive relationship. It portrays the strength and determination of the main character as she takes a stand against her tormentor and fights for her own safety and the safety of her daughter.
