What Is GHAWG?
#GHAWG is short for "God's Hog: A Watchful Guardian." This fictional story tells how David Guardia, a courier and business owner from Bayonne, New Jersey, US moved into the next phase of his life after spending the final ten years of his ailing father's life helping him.

| 🏍️ Ice Road Truckers was a series which aired on History Channel from 2007 through 2017. Truckers would make deliveries up and down the Dalton Highway in Alaska until they reached Prudhoe Bay, at which point they would cross over the ice to finish delivering supplies to the oil refineries there. The ice would be strong enough for trucks for a limited time, so time was a critical factor. |

| SEATTLE -- The District Attorney was assaulted in broad daylight literally feet from the D.A.'s building. The D.A. was taken to the Intensive Care Unit at Harborview Medical Center. Seattle PD is reviewing surveillance footage. |

| Next day we rode another 60 miles, +/-. This time there wasn't much to see or get excited about. We ended up calling it a night at Denmark. Another ride like this and we cross Oregon into NorCal. We'll be on the road a while. |

| The final stretch of OCH really hugged the coast. Our first view of the ocean today was at Port Orford. The OCH offered us eye candy, including a few beach spots. Once in NorCal, we ended up at Crescent City. 800 miles to go. |

| 🏍️ OCH-- US-101-- in Oregon is known as the Oregon Coast Highway. With California being as large and as long as it is-- more than half the West Coast of the mainland United States-- there are 12-14 more riding days before they reach San Diego and part ways. |

| Rhonda & I were having breakfast at the Good Harvest Cafe. As we approached the cash register she noticed a woman who was crying. She took a few moments to console the woman before praying with her. We paid for her meal, too. |

| 🏍️ Random acts of kindness can be powerful things for those who need it. At the very least, David Guardia and Rhonda Bella made sure the woman had one less thing to worry about that day. |

| US-101 is known as Redwood Highway in NorCal. After leaving Crescent City, we would be a few miles inland from the coast until reaching Redwood Creek Picnic Area 40 miles further south. We were all in good spirits, even Lindsay. |

| 🏍️ Oregon Coast Highway had become Redwood Highway. Riding along the coast and the fresh air from the Pacific Ocean put everyone in a good mood. At least while riding along this stretch of road, it was as if there were no cares in the world and people could experience freedom at an emotional level. |

| 🏍️ Harry Hoqualogue was no choir boy, and part of his history with The Mongols involved criminality. This isn't true of all of them, but it was true in his case. As Our Heroes rode from STURGIS toward San Diego, the two groups kept to themselves most of the time, so there weren't many opportunities for David and Harry to casually talk with each other. |
