For whatever reason, I had never been in Belgium before. Problem solved!
I spent the last weekend in Brussels vising a very special person, who was kind enough to show me the city, take me to great places... and yes... drink good beer. I like to try different beers and usually have some belgian beers at home. But nothing like the real deal in its original place.
The night was awesome, the streets and squares were crowded and everybody was having fun. After a busy and pleasant day, there was no room for tiredness and we went to a bar to have a beer.
My choice was completely random. All that mattered to me was that it was belgian craft beer that I'd never tasted before.
So I had a Silly La Divine
I was conquered in the first sip. I found it very very tasty and smooth.
A quick visit to the official website corroborates my opinion. "Velvety-smooth aroma" they say.
Here are some other features:
It's widely accepted that the glass is very important for wines, but people tend to forget it can also be relevant for beer. I'm no expert but whether this glass made it even better or some kind of suggestion/placebo effect was strong with me that night.
In sum, La Divine's quality boosted the whole night experience 🍻
And in case I dared to forget Brussels love beer, some stores were there to remind me.
Thanks for reading, dear beer enthusiasts!
Cheers,
