Discovering new flavors through dining out experience

Hello everyone how are you guys doing today, the day is moving on great and I will be sharing my relationship with food.

I love great food and I also love it when food tastes exceptional because healthy food gives a healthy life, that's what my mom taught me.

I am a foodie person and my husband knows that, so he never jokes with me when it comes to food, despite all my foodie nature, I don't know how to prepare intercontinental food which I so much love eating.

Well, why stress me when I can actually order it, or better still eat out with my family.
I and my family were going to eat out in the evening since the kids were on holiday. Eating out with them won't be a bad idea.

It's been a while since I and my husband had such a great time with the kids and I never knew I would be using such as a content today but I just suggested it to him three days ago and we agreed on going out today for dinner, to eat a standard meal.

The food I love most whenever we go out to eat is spaghetti, spaghetti is a foreign food which is very easy to cook and you can as well cook it in different methods of your choice.

I do cook it at home but not to the standards of the ones I have had outside of the house. Spaghetti happens to be one of my favorite food which I can have as many as possible and I wouldn't get tired of it.

This one in the picture was cooked by me yesterday and I wouldn't mind sharing the way I prepared it.

There are lots of methods of cooking spaghetti but I like this particular method I am about to share with you guys because it doesn't get burnt whenever I cook in the method.

Preparation

I parboiled the spaghetti because it has lots of starch and I wouldn't like to eat all that. While the spaghetti was on the burner, I sliced the onions, blended my pepper, and then washed the fish as well.
After I had sieved the spaghetti from the starch water I left it in the strainer so that all the water could come out.

Then I poured palm oil inside the pot I wanted to use, I allowed it to get hot, and added the sliced onions and of course, the fish so that I could fry a little bit, some minutes after I added the blended pepper, then allow it to fry a little.

I added seasoning and turned it, after the fish was ready I removed the fish from the stew and then poured the spaghetti into the sauce and turned it, then covered it for some minutes.

The spaghetti was done after a few minutes and that is the best and fastest way to prepare spaghetti for me.

So I hope you like the methods, though it was not a standard spaghetti but it tastes delicious. That is why I prefer eating out so that I can eat a standard meal.
