You know, life is a journey where we know things that have happened, and things that are going to happen. And the philosophy of life is loving people coming nearby ourselves, and we meet lovely people both in the organizations and the markets, and life is about loving the networks we are within! And that is a constant message for all people to all times.
How should I love people? You are talking and listening and writing friendly about them! Should I love even my enemies, if there area ny? Yes, you should, and life is a journey where we come together with doing activities and important things for the companies we are working within, and we should give of ourselves and our energy, and it is nice to appreciate many people, and today we are just crying and we dry our tears for that instances and situations that people are living and working with war in the Ukraine, and the leaders in Europe should be responsible and also the European Union, and Putin should stop this war now, and if he does not go negotiations to make a peaceful ending of this war, he can be shot, or people can do awful things with him to kill him. You know, life is democracy and places where we like to be, and we should love many people, and we should use our competence to solve problems, and people are nice just as they are loving us, and we are loving them, and the human nature in the nature, is just humans being similar and different to each other, and we should do what we appreciate and want, and the human nature is an evil state, and all of need support and motivation to make the life easier, and see opportunities there rather than problems.
You know, every nice lady is a good moment in the life! So, what is organizations? You know, you are just meeting everyone of us just as we are coming to the earth when we came, and in addition we are developing ourselves through experiences, education and research through the whole life. And we should always stress to understand people and finding good solutions regardless of where we are working. We can work with many things, and sales and marketing are good areas in addition to much more. The institute for strategy and management at NHH in Bergen was orginally separated in several institutes, if we look on NHHs history. And the institute for marketing was engaged with sales and advertising, and we can always think in these manners also today. And you know, marketing is about meeting any customer in the world that the customer is within, and sale is about making convictions about how good the product and the brand are, and why you just have to buy the product and the brand. And sometimes, there is no brand there, but just a product. And we should dwell with all the situations that can happen!
Many ladies know what life is about, and they are just smiling and enjoying life at the films, for instance in the film «Dawn of the Dead». And this film, as many films we are perceiving at TV, cinema or whatever, is about horror, and that we should appreciate the life when we have it, and we should always love people of many kinds. And the organizations should be quick enough and flexible enough to solve the problems when we are facing the problems just as they are coming.
So, the philosophy of life? What is really the core of the key groups in different countries? Well, we need to work and earn money. And we need to organize the life in social climates and social environments. And we need to live somewhere, and we should do friendly and good things where we are. And there should be no horror in life, and we should love the humans we are meeting!
The people you are meeting in life are friendly, and maybe some are hating us, but we should be calm and love as many as we can. And that is true through different environments, also all the religious environments with people being there with different and with the same ages in life!
So, think about life, that there are myriads of things there, and that you and me are meeting each other inside or outside the markets, where our brains and heads are structured and unstructured with all history, and we are just like trees in our heads where we are trying to operate in the philosophy of life as good as we can. And many things can be around us, also the sky, the birds and everything you find in the nature different places. So, take care and responsibility in life, and appreciate the people you are meeting regardless of their background, and regardless of which country they are coming from.
