WHO
Waxhead
Born in Toronto and since 2012 based in Montreal, Waxhead is street-artist, painter, and creature creator (as he says). His style is quite unique, very coloured and detailed full of whimsical creatures. His nickname comes from high school when he used to paint characters with dripping heads.
Winter Photo
If you want to know more this artist, you have to read the interview done by
Mural Festival during the visit of his studio, very interesting :
"For kids and everybody to have fun. Paint and try something new that they havenโt tried before. Expand their minds a little bit. Create some art that they want to see. Definitively to inspire them." - Waxhead (source : Studio Visit)
Summer photo... In spite of the passing months, I hardly change the shot.
Cryote
Based also in Montreal, Sebastion Millar aka Cryote is street-artist closed to the 203 crew. Every time you see a work done by Cryote, you are sure to see a work by Waxhead as well. They're inseparable ๐.
