Trump still hasn't conceded. That's an embarrassment to the democracy he claims to be defending, end a slap in the face of the American people who've clearly chosen to get rid of him. Unfortunately there are still millions upon millions of Americans who can not accept his loss, and in this short post I'd like to show you all how weird that is.

It's weird to still support Trump for too many reasons to fit in this post, but one would certainly be that right now he's extracting money from his own supporters for his legal escapades against Biden's win; this will amount to nothing, and he knows it. This is just a last ditch effort to extract just a little more money from his stint in the White House. It was never about America or the American people in his sociopath mind, just about himself and enriching himself; this begging for money to battle the Democrats in court is just one of his last chances to do so. I can't prove this of course, it just follows logically when observing his time as president that he would do this. It's a scam, just like the scam by Steve Bannon to raise money for the Mexican Border Wall.
But there's another obvious reason to not want to support Trump or the Republicans, a more general reason. See, the fact is that many Americans self-identify as Republican or liberal or libertarian, when they really aren't. When polled about there preferences issue by issue, it turns out that most Americans are progressives. Wait. What? Progressives..? Yes, progressives. And to prove that, I include the below linked video, in which Fox News held an opinion poll asking Americans what they think about healthcare for all, legalizing marijuana, a living wage, student debts and so on; judging by the outcome of this poll, a large majority of Americans are actually Bernie Sanders supporters. Not even Joe Biden is progressive enough for the average American. The average American WANTS healthcare for all. An outcome made even more remarkable by the way the question was asked in this particular poll; the question was if people were in favor of GOVERNMENT RUN healthcare, and almost 70% was in favor. What are they? A bunch of socialists? ;-)
I wish all these men and women understood that with these ideological and political preferences they can't rightly identify as Republicans or neoliberals even. This to me shows the power of the mainstream media's propaganda machine as well as the power of just being accustomed to certain traditions. Still, this video gives me hope, puts a smile on my face. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did. I mean they even voted for more strict gun-laws, one of America's Holy Grails..! It's just so sad that not even the Democratic party, the one that's nominally in the working people's corner, can commit to fighting for the things most Americans clearly are in favor of...
