He followed her song to the table, where they ate and sipped, sipped and ate. Every bite was followed by an immediate moan of approval and appreciation from both of them. She was moments from licking the plate, as she always enjoyed everything to the last drop but he knew what was coming next and smiled in the anticipation of it.-

Whimpering like a frightened child, with the drizzle bathing his body, he could hear his grandfather's voice saying "Don't be afraid Nicco, the thunder is just the sound of two clouds colliding..."
-And they go Boom! -said Nicholas in a loud voice. -

The Special Ordinary Day

Grandmother told them a lot of tales whenever they visited and their favourite tale which turned out to be real to them was "Making wishes come true". They were told that a special day at their hometown when a loud noise from a trumpet followed by a voice would ask for wishes and only one wish would be granted, it happened once every year. -

The routine at school starts with me grabbing my seat around the middle rows, which helped me maintain a balance between mischief and education. Even to this day, I prefer my seats to be in the middle; whether it be any common seating area or public transport even. -

Dr. Jones placed one of the capsules in the vaccine dispenser.
There was no other way out, they had to inoculate themselves with the vaccine even though it had not yet been tested on humans.

An everyday but unforgettable day

The long awaited day arrived, after we had lunch and took a nap, we prepared to go to the comparsas in costume. My brothers' costumes were beautiful, they looked like they were store bought, they had no details of a handmade sewing. I put on my one-piece bathing suit, my father sat me on a chair and poured school glue on my thighs, then he put diamantine, this is a colored powder that shines at any time, especially at night.-

A Typical Day In My Life

Beep beep beep!!!, The sound of my alarm clock ⏰ rang, wake up! It's 5 am. I will forcefully open my eyes from the dreamland, say my morning prayers silently, and head straight to the kitchen to begin my daily duties. That early morning sleep is always sweet and refreshing but I don't get to enjoy it anymore except during the holiday; if I do, then my kids might miss their school bus. -
