Also this has become quite the Challenge! With so many units to review in the game the consensus in the hobby community is that I will not have enough time to review all of the Datasheets before the new edition of Warhammer 40,000 came out.
I should have started when 10th edition launched!

Agents of the Imperium, Inquisitor Karamazov

Inquisitor Karamazov doesn't walk around the battlefield... he sits on his Throne of Judgement and administers whatever he calls judgement upon the Chaos-loving scum wherever he goes.
You can see how this guy might be just a little scary for most foes to fight against!
The Throne itself looks like the lower part of a dreadnought and it is armed with a Master Crafter Multi-Melta, while Karamazov himself hits things with his Master Crafted Power Sword!
He has some interesting rules. He costs 130pts to play and you cannot buy him anymore. So either he is getting a new mini or he is going to Legends.
Likely, he is going to Legends... but I would love to own this model in my collection.

Master Crafter Multi-Melta
Range 18", 3 Attacks, Hits on a 3+, S10, Ap -4, D6 Damage each
Melta 3 (When shooting at a target within half range of 9", add 3 to the damage roll!)
Melee:
Master Crafted Power Sword
6 Attacks, Hitting on 3+, S6, Ap -2, 2 Damage each
Abilities
Dread Reputation
At the start of the shooting phase, he points at an enemy unit within 12" like in the picture above and the target unit must make a Battle-shock test.
Throne of Judgement
Friendly units within 6" get a +1 to their Leadership rolls or Battle Shock tests.
Enemy units within 6" get a -1 to their Leadership rolls or Battle Shock tests.
Thoughts
Karamazov is a Character with a Dreadnought's stats, good anti-tank shots, melee is decent anti-Space Marine.
But his main power comes from influencing leadership in the enemy and in your own units. This will be useful to force the enemy to deal with him or else they may fail to hold objectives etc.
Now just 6 more Imperial Agents to do.
That makes 11 Deathwatch Datasheets Reviewed putting them on 100% Completed! The total Completed is 12.77% Complete! Can I review them all?!
